I get the AI v static logic but its immersion breaking for those of us who do do try to build scenarios for SP use where MP f-wittery (only our own) is not a problem. Not placing statics like the helos and cranes etc around the SS leaves the carrier looking unrealistically bare. Even allowing for this, Hawkeyes and Greyhounds reverse into the SS by about 10 foot and Hornets hog the forward hawkeye spots if they can. The logic is also variable. What parks somewhere in one run though may park somewhere else in the next (around the SS especially) so even contrives are only partially successful. Having things NOT try to get to parking points around or aft of the superstructure and instead neatly dissappear down one of the forward elevators would be very welcome. Keeping the auto park option as an option for not collidable/MP use would still allow MP unbreakable carriers. Even better would be some logic to hold the aircraft fwd until the landing deck/cats 3 and 4 are not active then move them around the supposed parking areas but i think that is far simpler than typing it out.
