Steam Version Will Not Update Due to Missing File Privileges

Right, long story short.....:

 

I have been unable to load into DCS for just over a week now, as it states 'Update Required' but will not update due to 'Missing File Privileges' Specifically the 'AJS37-avionics.dll'

 

I have:

-Opted out of Beta

-Uninstalled and Re-installed the AJS37

-Verified Integrity of Game Files

-Ran Steam as an Administrator

-Made sure that the appropriate file routes were not 'read-only'

-All Anti-Virus is Disabled

-etc...

 

This is rather annoying as I have spent quite a bit of time and money on this platform only to not be able to use it.

 

Are there any further suggestions wrt fixing this issue?

That's a Steam issue.

There's nothing we can do here.

Please ask Steam support or google a solution.
