Should these files be Deleted?

What is the correct procedure here when restarting a download?

 

 

 

Delete those files?

 

 

Or leave them?....btw these are F18 mod files.

 

 

Will the current download use those files and make the download faster or will those files just be in the way?

The reason I ask is because the last time I didn't delete them when this happened, I coincidentally, had to run a repair to DCS afterwards.
