in my mission, certain actions cause "message to all" to be sent to everyone. Is there a possibility to repeat the last message e.g. via radio?

Explain what is going on more accurately. Attach the mission file. Because what you wrote doesn't say much you want to achieve.

Yea, if it's one of your messages, otherwise you'd have to find a way to store said message and that should be OK, but the method would depend on the message.
