Bofors 40mm with modern crew

Since cold war AAA is still severly lacking, would it be possible to reskin the bofors 40mm from the WWII asset pack and give it to insurgent forces?

I think it was used for quite a while after WWII and it could be quite a nice and fitting asset for the Persian Gulf or upcomign Syria map.

Ps: "Proper" Cold War heavy AAA (AZP S-60 or similar) would be even better, but the bofors does already exist ingame and onyl the crew would need to be changed...
