Ability to select lower HUD / HMD brightness levels at night

Today's update corrected daytime HUD brightness issues, but I think we to be able to have lower intensity levels at the bottom end of the scale. At night the lowest settings for the HUD and helmet are VERY bright, reducing night vision.
