Gamma is way blown out in VR compared to earlier openbeta patches

Had to dial back to 1.5 to get things looking reasonable, 1.8 (which is where I was previously) is now a whitewash and entirely blown out.

 

I mean I guess that's fine but changing the global gamma value should be in the patch notes somewhere?
