TTI mission issue - wheel chocks

Hi, I am trying this mission out, any idea why the ground crew say unable to comply when I request remove the chocks?

Don't know that mission, but the other think that could prevent chock removal would be if you had already put the launch bar down.

If it helps anyone with the same issue, you can get the chief to comply if you ask before engines are started.....don’t ask me why though.....
