Su-33 tailhook during refueling

Hi,

I set up a refueling mission for the Su-33, and for whatever reason, it always starts with the hook down. Once the refueling probe is extended, I can't retract the tailhook. I have to wait out the two minutes until the refueling probe is retracted and only then I can retract the tailhook. Is this a bug? Anyone else experience this?
