Kumabit Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 (edited) I found out that the engine will shut down after entering negative G for 5 seconds (flying inverted), and I have to level out the jet and wait for the engine restart. However, I saw the JF17 was doing a 5~6 seconds inverted flight during the Paris airshow and the jet immediately doing an aggressive maneuver after that, so the engine was not stop operating IRL after the 5 seconds inverted flight. Thus, I think the available time for inverted flight in game is shorter than in real life. Please check on this if you have time, thank you. Here is the link of the video. The inverted flight is on 3:30-3:40 in the video. Edited July 4, 2020 by Kumabit
AeriaGloria Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 Well we’re you in AB or MIL? In MIL you can do 10-15 seconds inverted, AB means your going through your inverted fuel supply much faster EDIT: just watched the video definitely looks like they were in MIL Black Shark Den Squadron Member: We are open to new recruits, click here to check us out or apply to join! https://blacksharkden.com

I tested it again with military thrust and I can do 15 seconds. Thank you for pointing out!
AeriaGloria Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 It’s qute a luxury if you haven’t flown many western planes:) you can see the feed tank go down when it starts using the negative G tank so you can see exactly what G it’s at, I should figure out exactly how much fuel it takes out of the feed tank before the engine dies Black Shark Den Squadron Member: We are open to new recruits, click here to check us out or apply to join! https://blacksharkden.com
