Security Certificate Problem.

I am trying to buy the download ver. of Flaming Cliffs Add on at www.lockon.co.uk page. After fill the Sign Up page and press the register button my browser give me the flowing error:

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH SECURITY CERTIFICATE OF THIS WEB SITE.

And it recommend not to go on with the process.

Is it a known problem? What shell I do?
