Using the warthog throttle slew-button, DCS setup ?

Does anybody use the orignal tiny throttle slewing button for radar or flir slewing?

It is very difficult to catch a target, because I can't stopp fast enough when moving over it.

If yes, what setting of X and Y axis for the two slew-Axis in DCS would you recommend?

What I was was wondering: what is represented by the X Axis and what by the Y axis in the DCS config screen. When I configure the X Axis of the throttle (left to right) I have two axis that I can tweak, but what is what?

I recently did the same as LXsapper and it made a huge difference. If you are struggling I suggest scrolling through WAGS videos on youtube until you find his controller set up, he talks about the curve and saturation for the default stick in there and it did help with the original stick a lot.

I replaced mine too, very easy to do and it works great now. Maybe the calibration tool on its own could help you, not sure.

Can I bind one of the POV-button like a mouse view in Target software to the tdc-axis, so that it moves not only left - right and up down but also diagonally.

I managed to map the 4 directions to a mouse in target and I can see the mous moving diagonally, but in game I can't map this mouse movement to the tdc-axises.
