resolved Ground Crew not responding

I had set up a simple strike mission in the Tomcat from Bandar Abbas.

 

But in the Startup, Ground Crew is not responding to start Ground Electric Power.

I am on Open Beta(latest update).

Ok, Solved it.

 

Looks like, I was trying to take off as a RED from a BLUE coalition airbase.
