MP as RIO. Sometimes for no reason I cant get a hot trigger

I absolutely can do this normally. 99/100 times this happens fine. 1 out of 100 I wont get a hot trigger and only pilot can fire. It makes no sense - spare me the very very simple stuff as my pilot AND me have played module since day 1 and hes an actual navy aircrew vet.

as in is this a known bug? Or is it something detailed? I mean spare me "is it in a2a mode" is "twizz selected" "is coolant on" "is arm on" so on

That's odd. I've accumulated several hundred hours on the backseat of the DCS Tomcat by now and never had this issue.
