Tenrai Posted March 10, 2008 Posted March 10, 2008 Hey guys, I've recently purchased the GeForce 8600 GT 512 DDR. After having gotten the latest drivers & configuring LOMAC back to the usual AA x4. I came ingame to find the following: http://www.robvennikfotografie.nl/lomac/ScreenShot_229.jpg I've already tried disabling AA & fiddling with the ingame graphics to tune down scenes etc. However this had no effect at all. My system:Amd Athlon 64 Processor 3500+ 2.21 Ghz 1 GB SDRAM Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT 512 DDR XP Home - Game version 1.12aThanks in advance to any replies. -44th_Tenrai (Who finally registered after having been lurking about for ages)

I have an answer :) go the the tab where it says perfomance, balance or quality.. id bet ur on performance, even if u 'use advances 3d settings' or 'leth the 3d application decide' this slider for some reason still has effect, place it on 'balanced, apply, then go to which ever of the above two modes u were using, then click apply, id bet thats it sorted.. all the best.. frenchy
Tenrai Posted March 11, 2008 Author Posted March 11, 2008 Hmm, I did install the forceware 74.20 lately. Hmm, I'm going to try Frenchy's idea first though. If that doesn't work, I'll do a rollback to a previous set of drivers. Thanks for the help guys.
Tenrai Posted March 11, 2008 Author Posted March 11, 2008 Okay, in the end. My 3d config was set to quality instead of performance. Rolling back to 169.36 drivers worked. Thanks guys!
Guest Frenchy702 Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 glad u got it sorted im on 169.51 ( i think) it seems to be good fro me :)
