Impossible to fire aim 54 on RIO station

Hi all,

Sometimes in multi, while the targets are well seen by the radar and this one in TWS auto, impossible to fire the 54 from the RIO station, I press the button and nothing goes.

I tried the simple push and hold.

 

Is it me forgetting something or my pilot blocking me in one way or another because he can fire?

For information, everything is good, master arm on, missiles selected and activated

The pilot has to set all the correct switches (Master Arm, A/A mode, Phoenix selected, Missile Preperation finished). If that is the case you should see "Phoenix" on your TID in bright, almost white letters. If Phoenix is written in green letters then something is missing.

 

If that has all been set up correctly you need a valid target. If you have a valid target your launch button will light up. If it doesn't light up you don't have a valid target and neither you nor your can shoot.
