making airbases

Just wanted to know how i can go by and create an airbase ?

in mission editor y can put some tanks and aircraft in airbase, but create airbase like building, i think no...

moving an airbase has been done, but I don't think it's possible to make a new runway from scratch (see verizon mod thread?)

well what about a FARP. It is nuthing more than a tempory refule and arm base. I would think you can put in some sort of way a temp like air base. At least for the helos.
