Turns out there's an issue with the type initializer when AIRIO dll is absent. We'll work on a fix for next plugin update. In the meantime as a workaround you can get the AIRIO dll from the website and place it in the Extension subfolder. No AIRIO license needed. So basically go to the Vaicompro website, download the AIRIO Dialog extension, place the AIRIO.dll inside the downloaded zip file into your \VoiceAttack\Apps\VAICOMPRO\Extensions folder and the "Take [xxx]" Menu item select command will work again until Hollywood comes out with a permanent fix.
