ME unit of measure toggle

Dear ED Devs - It would be really nice to have a unit of measure toggle for things like distance, wind speed, Altimeter settings, wind direction the correct way, etc - where you could toggle between imperial and metric units. Or between Western ICAO and non-western aviation standards. The weather briefings especially drive me crazy when the wind speeds are in m/s, altimeter settings in QFE, etc.

 

The user should be able to fully customize all of those units to suit what they want to see and how information is presented to them.
