[LATER IN EARLY ACCESS] ECM Capabilities of the Viper

Hey,

 

i just reviewed the Viper Roadmap again and im curios.

The Viper should have some ECM capabilities i think. A Jammer basically.

I dont think its integrated in this Block but there should be at least a jammer pod.

 

But i havent read anything about that topic anywhere.

Did i miss something here?

Neither of the Viper's ECM pods have been added yet. Just a byproduct of being EA. If it makes you feel any better the Hornet's jammer still isn't functional after 2 and half years.

Jamming in dcs in general isn't emulated at any level I'd really look forward to it anyhow. But that's not ed's fault. It's just one of the most guarded secrets what techniques are used, etc.

Ah thanks for moving it into wishlist.

Since its coming later in Early access its just a waiting game.

Hopefully not to far in the future.
