Flyable Mig-23 and swing wings?

Better thing will be to have two positions for the wings, open and closed activable with the fold wings command, but seems that is not possible. So exist any way to have the Mig-23 model flyable with the wings in closed position??

Only if you add a new model (in this case a new MiG-23) to the game, with wing sweep animation on the proper animation arguments.
