T-Slot extrusions like 80/20, suggestions where to look for local sources?

Hi, I'm quite liking the idea of using some 80/20 slot extrusions for making a lighter-weight rig, easier for true modularity and also for when the time comes to move residences.

 

But at least where I am, it seems like there are only two or three industrial sources. This wouldn't be so bad, except that in my experience, in Canada, such stores tend to only give ok prices for high volume sales, like say someone setting up a small factory or fab shop.... while the lone customer looking for a small amount for a one-time sale, gets charged extortionate prices since there's no volume and not likely any repeat business.

 

In Canada there's all this stuff from America... but then that border really seems to trip up all but the largest retailers, many will overcharge because of the border, and many many more simply won't do business outside USA at all.

 

I vaguely remembered someone suggesting trying scrap metal dealers, but when I looked, it seemed like they aren't into sales, just collecting metal to be shipped overseas for melting down.

 

So I humbly ask you all: where might I get some 80/20 at reasonable prices? Or a similar competing product?

Also just found out that https://spool3d.ca/ in Calgary also sells such extrusions and the hardware bits in small quanties to hobbyists as well as industrial volumes.
