JTAC Question: Not recognizing GBU with Mixed Load?

I am sure I am doing or missing something stupid :)

Stable 2.5.6 version.

I set up a mission using an MQ-9 Reaper as AFAC (JTAC) with LASER as the designator. Just the IN-SIM setup, no MIST or Scripting.

I loaded out my F/A-18 with 2 AGM-65E and 4 GBU-12. Properly reported to JTAC on Check-in.

JTAC requests AGM-65E and the first 2 passes go fine, with the JTAC lasing each time I am Inbound and call for it.

After the AGM-65E are expended, the JTAC requests CANNON...despite the GBU-12's on the pylons. For the FIRST pass, I managed to get the JTAC to turn on the laser anyway, but subsequent passes I do not get the option of "LASER ON" after IP INBOUND. I did self lase and luckily hit the target the JTAC wanted and got positive BDA, but since I didn't ask for WP or other type marking I couldn't ID the target.

Edit: I forgot to put it in the briefing as the mission was just for my own practice, but JTAC frequency is 127.5 AM. Current mission version attached has that as PRESET 1 for COMM1 and Khasab tower 250 AM ar Preset 1 for COMM2 (also exists in another PRESET by default)

- Any reason the JTAC ignored my GBU?

-Any way to convince them to turn on the Laser again?

I didn't try flying it in the AV-8B which I also had placed for practice and I didn't try a GBU ONLY loadout in the F/A-18, so maybe I will find something out.

Mission attached for reference. Has both F/A-18's and AV-8B's. (Note: the default loadout in the Mission Builder is different than the above. I re-armed before takeoff).

Thanks!!
