Scripting Error on Syria

I keep running into the following error while trying to run some persistence code that uses some time functions. I've attached the lua file in question as well as the log file. When I don't load this lua the error goes away, so I've deinitely narrowed it down to something in this file. Unfortuately it doesn't give me a specific line and I don't know how to track the issue to a specific function.
