[CHK] Some possible bugs

- air/air radar, increasing range with TDC, range go directly to 80 mn, 20 ----> 80,

decreasing range with TDC is ok, 80 -->40 -->20

 

- air/air radar, when a target is locked as STT, i can't select another SOI (MFCD)

 

- air/air radar, after cycling TWS --> VS --> RWS --> TWS, i can't modify TWS azimut

Thanks LOop8ack, range with "S2" is working correctly now.
