JTAC's laser and my LTD/R lasing at the same time

Weird but it worked. I have no idea which laser beam the bomb was riding. I had my LTD/R ready just in case the JTAC got moody but I forgot to box the 'trigger'

Also, I had a chance to use JTAC's grid. 6 digit only but good enough to get my Auto release que and point my FLIR to target area.

You should always either turn off the LTD/R when using a JTAC or set the LTD/R to a different code than the LST. There is no longer any need to box or use TRIG for anything but Buddy Lasing. The TPOD will autolase when Laser Guided Weapons are selected and the PICKLE button is pressed. I don't believe you can turn OFF the autolase function without turning off the LTD/R switch.

What I meant was, 'boxing the trigger' would have put LTD on manual lase. It should only fire when the trigger is pressed.

Well, the bomb picked up the first laser beam with proper code it saw, which was JTAC's. So... no problem there.

Ahh I got you. Makes sense. EXCEPT, I just tried it (STABLE version) and even with TRIG boxed, the laser AUTO fired when I pickled. This was with a MAV-E not a GBU, but it shouldn't make a difference.I wouldn't have expected this. No JTAC involved here, but it shouldn't matter. The laser should either fire or not.
