[ALREADY REPORTED]A-10CII VHF AM / VHF FM presets bug

Seems there is a bug that prevents select VHF AM / VHF FM presets 2 - 5. When operating preset dial it jumps from 1 to 6 and then continue ok till preset 20. For me presets 2 - 5 are not selectable on both VHF AM / VHF FM.
