CPU frame time spikes on Syria map

Hi,

I have an issue with significant CPU frame time spikes (up to 55ms) that occur every few seconds.

However, for some reason this problem only occurs on the Syria map. Caucasus, Nevada and PG run fine.

Is anybody else experiencing this issue and is there a solution to this?
