Aerial Refueling AAR not filling Drop Tanks - latest OpenBeta (F-14B)

I've searched the forums for this issue, but found nothing recent. Apparently this was a DCS bug before, however. In the F-14 with 2 drop tanks fitted, aerial refueling stops at around 12200 pounds - filling the external drop tanks is impossible. Switch is correctly set to "both". Is this bug back or am I missing something here?

EDIT: No Bug - entirely a user issue. did not activate the switch properly - all is working as it should.

Some more experimenting shows that I was wrong - you can fill with bags, BUT only to the fuel level you started the mission with and not to the full tank capacity (with bags installed). Even Jester yells out transfer complete at that stage, even though there is more capacity. clearly a bug in my view.
