overalien Posted November 28, 2020 Posted November 28, 2020 I've searched the forums for this issue, but found nothing recent. Apparently this was a DCS bug before, however. In the F-14 with 2 drop tanks fitted, aerial refueling stops at around 12200 pounds - filling the external drop tanks is impossible. Switch is correctly set to "both". Is this bug back or am I missing something here? EDIT: No Bug - entirely a user issue. did not activate the switch properly - all is working as it should. __________________ overalien Hog Driver starting to really like the Tomcat System specs: Intel i7-8700k - OC to 5.0 GHz | 32 GB RAM 3600 MHz | Nvidia 1080ti SLi | Mixed Storage - Win 10 and DCS on Samsung SSD 970 Pro Flightgear: 7 Displays (3 x 1440p, 1 X 1080p, 3 X Lilliput Touch) | 3 x Cougar MFDs | Warthog HOTAS | Thrustmaster TPR Pedals | iBEAM Shaker + Simshaker for Aviators w. overalien Posted November 28, 2020 Author Posted November 28, 2020 Some more experimenting shows that I was wrong - you can fill with bags, BUT only to the fuel level you started the mission with and not to the full tank capacity (with bags installed). Even Jester yells out transfer complete at that stage, even though there is more capacity. clearly a bug in my view. __________________ overalien Hog Driver starting to really like the Tomcat System specs: Intel i7-8700k - OC to 5.0 GHz | 32 GB RAM 3600 MHz | Nvidia 1080ti SLi | Mixed Storage - Win 10 and DCS on Samsung SSD 970 Pro Flightgear: 7 Displays (3 x 1440p, 1 X 1080p, 3 X Lilliput Touch) | 3 x Cougar MFDs | Warthog HOTAS | Thrustmaster TPR Pedals | iBEAM Shaker + Simshaker for Aviators w.
