shake307 Posted November 28, 2020 Share Posted November 28, 2020 Huey Campaign, Mission 7 Tango... It seems like I am always getting taken out by a single bullet. This last time I flew, a 5.45mm hit me once and then a minute later I am on fire and crashing. It isn't the first time it has happened, it seems to me. I looked in the AAR of the mission and I got hit once, then later I had a main gen failure and a starter gen failure. From a single 5.45mm bullet. A high speed .22... Correct if I am wrong, but I thought the Huey was a bit tougher than that. Maybe that legendary toughness just isn't modeled. It is in the Mi-8... I am just complaining and venting some frustration because this Spanish UN Huey seems like it is made of graham crackers. That chopper IMO has an even worser glass jaw than does the Huey. The DCS Mi-8MTV2. The best aviational BBW experience you could ever dream of.
