How to reset "Force IPD Distance" when you cant access settings?

I had my VR goggles on and fumbled with the keyboard trying to change my IPD in game between flying the hornet and the viper.

 

Dont know what I pressed, but now I cant see the settings menu at all. Tried restarting the game, but still cant see the settings menu.

 

I think some other fool also did this a couple of months ago, but im struggling to find the thread.

 

Is there a config file I can edit somewhere to reset this?
