S3 Viking not in new mission build in ME (bug?)

Not sure if this has been reported as a bug, or if I'm doing something wrong

 

If you build a new mission the S3 Viking is not listed as a unit under the refueling aircraft menu for USA.  If you load a pre-update mission the S3 unit will appear, but if you look under refueling the S3 Viking is not there;  the pull down window shows KC135, KC135MPRS, KC130

Historical mode should be off. (The little watch at the bottom of the mission editor.)
