remove the kneeboard on the leg

Hi I am looking to modify the flight outfit for our aerobatic team in P-51.

For this I would like to remove the kneeboard on the left leg.

Is there a solution to make this happen ?

I've seen mods with the kb removed but it leaves a placeholder in its place.
