What ordinance can and can’t use CCRP in the cat?

Hi guys I was wondering if there was a list or if we could make a list of weapons that can be dropped in CCRP in the cat

im not sure if they can all be used or not, sometimes when I’m using weapons like the mk20 I switch to CCRP and it won’t let me mark the point, no matter what the range, this also seems to happen for the laser guided bombs, how ever if I use the mak82s there’s no issue at all, am I doing something wrong or are there weapons that won’t work with ccrp?

Computer Pilot or Computer Target can be used with any drop-ordinance. It is a mode in which the AWG9 calculates the drop based on radar ranging to the designated point in conjunction with the ordinance selected on the weapon selector wheel. What can be unrealiable is this radar ranging, which in difficult terrain for example can prevent a "lock". Sometimes one needs to help it a bit, point the nose a bit, try several times etc. But what kind of ordinance you have selected should not influence how well or not you can establish the target designation.

Wonderful thank you for clearing this up for me 🙂 I will have to refine my approach to finding the targets!

is there a maximum/minimum range that a target can be designated as the point?

I believe there is ofc, but I'd had to look it up myself. best check the manual quickly, it should be referenced. It also has a natural deviation for iirc 5m or so, due to the inaccuracy of the ranging.
