disabling "enter your text; hold ctrl and rt click for more options

As the title says...I do not want this pop up appearing.

How do I disable it?

 

Also am I able to have a quick link shortcut on the tool bar to list all the posts I've entered into besides clicking on activity streams>content I've posted in?
