correct as-is Stpt symbology isn't moving

I noticed a bug when I set one of the MFD's with the FCR page and then I expand it, the stpt symbology is not dynamic.

If I move the TDC  right for example  the Stpt symbology isn't moving(same for all other directions).

It also apears when it's not in the exp area.
