CaptZeen Helios F18 DDI and RWR fonts

As I had no luck posting this in the "mod" room I make a copy here.

Let's hope I get an answer. Thanks.

So here it is:

 

I am using CaptZeen latest F18 profile (thanks to him) with Helios V1.6 (thanks to the developper) and everything work like a charm except for the DDI AMPCD and RWR fonts. On the RWR the symbols are very thick and fuzzy while on the other ones lines and letters are very thin and difficult to see/read.

 

I have checked the forum for this problem and found different threads suggesting that one must change some variables in various Lua files but some informations are in contradiction and not updated...

 

Could someone tell me what should I change and which values should I set.

You already found the answers. There is no one "right" answer in those values. Tell us which one works for you.

these worked well for me the last time I used them:

 

stroke_thickness  = 0.3
stroke_fuzziness  = 0.15

-- Currently is used for DMC generated fonts black outline
DMC_outline_thickness = stroke_thickness * 1.0
DMC_outline_fuzziness = stroke_fuzziness * .25
DMC_stroke_thickness  = 0.75
DMC_stroke_fuzziness  = 0.10

Will try again but just to be sure, which variable contol:

- DDI ?

- MPCD ?

- RWR ?

Although I suppose that larger means thicker ? right ?

I believe it was for the center screen.  You are correct that larger means thicker.  Hopefully this can get you pointed in the right direction.
