Where in the options file in the mission.miz do I find the 'random failures' setting

Like it says in the title Where in the options file in the mission.miz do I find the 'random failures' setting I can find everything else but not the random failures line. to be clear I'm talking about the line in the options file in the mission .miz folder not the in mission editor line

I believe what you are looking for is under options.miscellaneous, not options.difficulty:

        ["accidental_failures"] = false,

I was wondering if that was it, so to clarify 

 

true= Random failures forced ON for all players

False= Random failures forced OFF for all players

I know you can set the probability of specific failures with this setting, but on this note, If I select Random System Failures in the settings menu, does anyone know what the default probability / frequency of a system failure that it entails?  I mean, I would leave it on if it reflected the real world % of system failures, but I'm not looking for a system failure like every time I go up, if you know what I mean.

That’s a good point actually, I have been flying with my mates with this on since posting here about it and not one of us has has a failure of any sort, I would guess that we have been flying for about 6-8 hours and there are 7 of us
