[RESOLVED] INS panel sound inconsistency.

I have found small issue with UNI (INS) numeric keyboard panel. When clicking them to input data to the system, sounds are absent. However, after binding keys to numpad keyboard they produce sound, when used. Version I used is 2.5.6.60720.

A full sound rework is planned, this issue should be fixed when it's done. No dates as other fixes and improvements have priority right now.
