F-14 Bomb Fall Drop Line Isn't Displaying After Switching from A2A to A2G

I'm on a mission where I'm engaged by A2A on my way to an A2G target. I can see the bomb fall line if I setup the bombs and select A2G before I'm engaged. However, it's no where to be found when coming back to A2G mode. I'm not sure what to do or what I'm missing.

 

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Did you move your weapon selector back to off after engaging the air target?
