Gun safety toggle not working

When I set the gun safety to toggle it only flips up. On the 51 when you have it to toggle it flips through safe, camera, guns and then starts over. On the 47 it just stops after you cycle through them.

I can move back and forwards through the 3 settings using mouse L/R.

I can too. I am just wondering if the toggle switch is supposed to work like the mustang where it actually toggles.

I can confirm this: It goes from guns to safe to camera and stops. Works with the mouse just fine, but when binding it to a switch, it gets stuck after going through the three settings.
