TrackIR problem! :( URGENT

Hi guys, today I went in a server and I was shocked that my TrackIR didnt work... so i removed those files that give problems... booted Lockon back up.. and still nothing! I even re-started my PC .. but nothing :(

 

I reinstalled TrackIR.. and again.. NOTHING :(

 

the lill start up screen of TrackIR says ''no device detected'' everything is plugged in correctly and set up :O!

Well, it's possible you might have a gimpy device. Doesn't happen much, but they can't be perfect.

 

On the newer track models- do they still require you to install the software first? If so- make sure you are UNPLUGGED- the uninstall and reinstall one more time.

 

Before reinstalling- manually remove the leftover folder in windows explorer, then reboot.

If it quits again--

 

remember that if you go into lomac options menu and make a change- it will reintroduce this bug.

 

You must delete both track ir files in the input and the config lockon folders.

 

Supposedly- if you make changes in that menu while your track is UP & RUNNING- the bug will not come up. You ever confirm that Rich? I haven't been flying much lately..
