[REPORTED] Radio guard setting has no effect and does not monitor the guard frequency

Have GR selected and enabled on the V/UHF, cannot hear radio transmission on 243MHz AM.

 

I can manually tune to 24300 on the V/UHF and listen in that way but the actual guard monitor doesn't work and doesn't do anything.
