Multicrew TWS Manual Steering Cue Not Visable

We're tracking targets in TWS manual that have a firing order designated and I've noticed that the steering "T" doesn't show up for the pilot.

 

As soon as a missle is launched the radar switches to TWS Auto and the "T" shows up

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue? 

 

I'm wondering if it's my error or a minor glitch.

There is no steering T in TWS-man since the steering point is only computed in TWS-A
