Saitek 52 Throttle not taking commands

My throttle powers up but will not show inputs or show on DCS. The stick works just fine.

I have tried to load the program to set commands but it runs but nothing loads on my computer.

I got the X52_Hotas_x64_8_0_213_0 version

 

Any ideas?
