P-51 Flap-controls and carb-controls broken

1] The flap-handle, carb-flow and carb-heat handles are in the wrong position when starting in-flight

2] The flap handle doesnot correspond with the actual flap-setting

3] The flap-handle reacts differently when using a binding or when using the mouse

4] The 2 carb-handles can be set correctly with the mouse, but not with the HOTAS. I doubt is the actual valve-settings correspond with the handle-setting
