Major descyn and crash on MP server

My buddy and I did a small mission, after launching from the carrier we noticed that we both saw the other player still sitting on the catapults, but weapons would show as released when fired and fall into the water at the carrier location.  The SAM sites we were attacking never woke up so it's like the server as a whole didn't see us as launched.\

 

I noticed after I went to shut the server down that it had a crash file which I am attaching as well (also submitted).  Not sure if this was the cause of the desync as we aren't sure when it actually crashed.
