need track replay AGM 154C issue

Hi guys,

How come the AGM-154C does not reach it's locked target (20-25 NM range) and just flies over the target or waves off to the left and keeps flying elsewhere ?

Just incase you are wondering if i have the target actually locked, (using the moving target lock because the + cross doesnt lock after the update), the answer is yes, using the Flir and targeting switches on and the target confirmed locked on the Flir display.
