F-18 Throttles do not respond on a cold start.

Throttles will not move in a cold start cockpit.

You have to move them into Idle during your start procedure after you crank your engines up, start with the right engine crank when at temprature you need to move it to idle.
Shortcut key is RAlt+Home for the right i believe and RShift+Home for the left engine, if im mistaken than just flip the two for left and right.
Right engine should always be first for 18 as this is what provides the power for all your systems.
