Falcon34200 Posted June 17, 2021 Share Posted June 17, 2021 (edited) I noticed that on the F18 there is no possibility of having the afterburner detent in swich mode (like on the JF-17 and the F14) but only in cycle mode. nittch Posted March 15, 2022 Share Posted March 15, 2022 (edited) As I faced the issue also personally, in fact the option is available for the FA-18C... You have to enable the "always on" detent mode in the special options. In the control binding section you have two version of it (Sorry it's a french-> english quick translation as I don't know the english names) : - something like ... "Afterburner detent" that toggle/cycle between on and off after each press - something like "Throttle Finger Lift (both engines) on/off" that is a momentary push button, you have to keep it pressed while passing the gate Both work well.
